Brewistas at Brewistas of a Brew Crew are responsible for handling customer orders, preparing drinks, cleaning the work area, and maintaining a positive work environment. They treat every interaction as an opportunity to build relationships and provide excellent customer service, consistent with their mission of inspiring a community of kindness through a revolutionary coffee experience. This position operates within a coffee shop environment with flexible hours and a focus on teamwork.

Requirements

• Must be able to converse with customers and confirm orders.
• Must be able to collect payments and count change.
• Must be able to prepare all drinks and premixes.
• Must be able to work quickly and proactively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand comfortably for long periods.
• Must be able to safely use a utility knife.
• Must adhere to company shift change procedures.
