The AMI Information Systems Analyst is a highly technical and analytical role responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and continuous flow of high-quality data from the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Headend system to internal and external systems for billing and operational use.
Requirements
- A four-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in similar areas
- Experience in software development and lifecycle management
- Knowledge of Customer Services billing processes, field services, communication systems, metering technologies, or TO systems related to AMI/MDM
- Experience with electric metering and ability to resolve metering issues preferred
- Proficiency in various programming and scripting languages for automation and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with vendor partners
