Operating Room Director, CNOR, Surgery Dept. Tx.

We are seeking an Operating Room Director with strong hospital experience as a CEO, CNO, COO, CFO, Director of Business Office, Director of Quality, Performance Improvement, etc. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience as an Administrative Director of Surgical Services Service Lines and a CNOR certification. The job involves maintaining oversight and direction for the departments of OR, PACU, Outpatient Surgery, PAT, and Endo, developing and implementing policies and educational services, and evaluating programs.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
• 6+ years of experience as an Administrative Director of Surgical Services Service Lines
• CNOR certification
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas
• Certificate in BCLS
• Certificate in ACLS preferred
• Certificate in PALS preferred
• Certificate in NRP preferred
• Certificate in STABLE preferred
• Certificate in EFM preferred
