Finished Loader Operator

Southland Holdings, a leading heavy civil construction company, is seeking experienced Loader Operator to join their team in Lake Worth, FL. The successful candidate will operate a Loader to complete tasks such as moving and transporting materials, assist with maintenance and safety checks, and perform other related duties.

Requirements

• Ability to understand directions and read blueprints
• Ability to properly care for and use tools of the trade
• Thorough understanding of construction principles and methods
• Works well as part of a team
• Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
