Case Manager Outpatient

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking a Case Manager to work with children in our Mesa Outpatient Clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Behavioral Health field and possess skills such as attention to detail, interpersonal communication, and crisis intervention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1 year experience in the Behavioral Health field
• Motor Vehicle clearance
• Certification of CPR and First Aid Training
• Fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire
