We are seeking a Direct Care Provider to join our inpatient facility, Recovery Transition Program. This is a part-time position working 28 hours per week. Pay range is $16 to $18 per hour based on experience and education.
Requirements
- Provide assessments of members in crisis and assist in setting/reaching attainable goals.
- Pre-vocational training
- Crisis intervention
- Individual and counseling services to SMI members
- Responsible for contributing to and creating a recovery-based environment.
- Supervise and monitor members while on site.
- Check vital signs as needed.
