Therapist Outpatient

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide solution-focused and strength-based telehealth, in-home or in-office services to members diagnosed with mental health or substance abuse disorders. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct ongoing therapy, and provide community consultation and education.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work)
• Licensed or license eligible at the Associate level by the Arizona Board of Behavioral health Examiners
• One (1) year of full-time behavioral health experience
• Fingerprint clearance issued by Arizona Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire
