Southwest Solutions Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Technician to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and machinery for our customers.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in general trade as an installation technician or general labor.
- High School diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and pass a Department of Motor Vehicle Check
- Pass a background check and drug test due to the secure sites we work on
- Flexibility to travel up to 10- 20% for out-of-town projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions and specifications
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, band saws, circular saw etc.
- Proven ability to maintain a professional image
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Certifications such as OSHA, forklift, scissor lift, CPR/First Aid are a plus.
