Installation Technician

Southwest Solutions Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Technician to install, configure, and maintain equipment and machinery for customers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in general trade as an installation technician or general labor
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Flexibility to travel up to 10- 20% for out-of-town projects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions and specifications
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools
• Proven ability to maintain a professional image
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Outlook
