National Director of Sales to lead and scale our producer team across the country. This role is part player-coach, part operator. You will run the sales rhythm, manage producer performance, and help us scale what already works.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive sales experience in commercial insurance
• Direct experience selling or leading sales in a P&C brokerage or carrier environment
• At least 3+ years managing insurance producers or sales reps with a clear record of improving results
• Proven track record of leading a team to measurable outcomes in new business, pipeline growth, and sales discipline
• Comfort with numbers and patterns
• A coaching mindset
• Ability to balance strategy and execution
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed for team meetings, producer support, and key client or carrier conversations
