Job Description
Sowelo Consulting is seeking a full-time Implementation Consultant to deploy CRM configurations, project management, and automation solutions for U.S. law firms leveraging technology. The role involves engaging with underperforming firms to diagnose issues, implement tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. The position offers a remote work environment with flexible schedules and the opportunity to work with low-code platforms.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in systems implementation, consulting, or operational improvement
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and/or consulting
- Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive
- Familiarity with Project Management and ERP platforms
- Proficiency with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience working with Generative AI technologies like OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or DeepSeek
- Competence in data analysis and visualization tools like BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
- Working knowledge of REST API integrations
- Fluent in English
