Job Description
We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our protective fabric manufacturing facility in Mexico City. This role focuses on weaving operations, quality control, process efficiency, and ensuring high-quality, safe production with a strong emphasis on protective textiles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing textile manufacturing environments and a deep understanding of woven fabric production.
Requirements
- Provide full leadership and operational oversight for all plant functions including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and logistics.
- Manage and optimize weaving operations with a strong focus on productivity, process efficiency, and quality control.
- Implement and enforce best practices in manufacturing, lean production, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional plant teams to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with global operations, supply chain, and engineering teams to support strategic goals and technical improvements.
- Manage plant budgets, costs, and capital investment projects.
