Job Description
We are seeking a Process Engineer to support hygiene-focused manufacturing operations. The role focuses on process optimization, continuous improvement, and technical support to ensure high-quality hygiene fiber production in a fast-paced ISO 9001:2015 certified environment. Responsibilities include process improvement, technical assistance, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain process documentation and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Monitor process parameters for consistent fiber quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and compliance monitoring.
