Space Center Houston is seeking a full-time Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide HR services to assigned organizations and align those services with the mission, vision, and values of Space Center Houston.
Requirements
- Degree in HR or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a HRBP or recruitment role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical skills with strong computer/technology proficiency
- Ability to resolve conflicts between people
