Job Description

They are seeking a Director of Utility Business Development to grow their business through partnerships with utility companies, program implementers, and other trade allies. The role involves developing and executing strategies for grid services, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement, ultimately impacting policy and regulatory changes in the electrification landscape.
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience, including partnerships or sales with utilities or energy service providers
- Deep understanding of utility operations, regulatory environments, and DER integration
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for decarbonization, electrification, and grid modernization
- Adept at collaborating cross-functionally
