Job Description

Requirements
- Solid experience with customer success processes and CS models.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Prior experience with post-sales, customer onboarding, and subscription-based SaaS models (mid-stage companies).
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
