Sparrow is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join its active adult community, Mera Westgate. This role involves ensuring a high-quality community environment through daily operations, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction, while supporting the mission of building thriving communities. Requirements
- Professional or previous experience in housekeeping
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in housekeeping, preferably in lease ups, multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Passionate about making a difference
- Devoted sense of accountability
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to physically access all property and amenities
