Job Description
Sparrow is a high-tech employee leave management solution focused on making employee leave processes easier and more efficient. The Product Manager will own key aspects of their externally facing product, collaborating with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver user-friendly and compliant experiences. They'll balance user experience with regulatory requirements and impact teams throughout the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of PM experience in B2C or operational SaaS
- Data-literate and comfortable with data analysis
- Clear communicator and systems thinker
