Job Description
SpartanNash is seeking a Pharmacist to join their team in Wyoming, Michigan. The role is responsible for compounding and dispensing prescription pharmaceuticals, advising customers on medication use and storage, and overseeing pharmacy technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Three years experience in pharmaceutical department
- Pharmacy License in good standing in the state of operation
- Immunization Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, pharmacy laws, rules, and guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong multi-tasking, organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership abilities
- Proficient in Word and Excel
