Ironclad CLM Senior Consultant

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Solution Consultant specializing in Ironclad CLM to deliver high-impact CLM solutions. The role involves solution development, training, client engagement, and leveraging technical expertise. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience implementing CLM solutions
• Strong experience with pre-sales and solutioning
• Strong experience in leading discovery workshops and architecting solutions
• Ironclad Certification (Ironclad Bootcamp, Ironclad Workflow Design, Ironclad Admin, Ironclad Workflow Owner, Ironclad Consultant Implementation Service)
• Experience with Ironclad configuration, workflow automation, Smart Import, Smart Contract capabilities, and API integrations
• Strong understanding of contract structures and legal clauses
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
