Job Description
Speak is building a human-level AI-powered tutor in Japan for language learning. They are seeking a B2B Customer Success Manager to support their customers, build strong relationships, and ensure they achieve their language learning goals. The role focuses on onboarding, training, and analyzing customer data to drive retention and expansion within their existing customer base.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer success experience in a B2B environment
- Strong customer communication skills (English & Japanese)
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems
- Fluency in business English
