Job Description
Speakit is seeking a fluent Croatian speaker to join their multicultural and training-focused team. The role involves providing excellent customer support, responding to inquiries via email, chat, and phone, and assisting with order processing and coordination. This position offers a full-range of training and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Native or near native level of Croatian
- B2 to C1 level in English language
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
