Job Description
We are seeking motivated German-speaking specialists to join our growing international customer support team in Lisbon, Portugal. Responsibilities include providing timely customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring high-quality customer experience. This role contributes to process improvement and continuous customer growth.
Requirements
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Passionate team player with high attention to detail
- Experience in customer service or back-office operations is an advantage
