Job Description
We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Advisor to provide excellent customer support for our client's business. The role involves assisting viewers with software queries, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining quality. Requirements
- Native French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Passion for entertainment and media enterprise
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, team spirit, and customer-oriented
- Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
- Eligibility to work legally in Portugal
- EU passport or valid work permit
