Job Description
This is a full-time Customer Support role in Lisbon offering a unique opportunity to work with an international team and develop your career. The position involves providing customer advice, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service across multiple platforms. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the field of Customer Service (online or face to face)
- Excellent communication skills, native level of German (required), fluent level of English.
