Job Description
A German-speaking technical support specialist is needed to support electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at a new client's call center in Lisbon. The role involves providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting EV charger issues, and maintaining an understanding of EV charging technologies. It is an opportunity for a German speaker to contribute to a fast-growing and innovative company.
Requirements
- Native-level German & good English skills
- Previous customer support/technical support experience
- Tech-savviness & basic knowledge of IT, networks, or electronics
- Availability to work in a shift-based schedule (including weekends)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, IoT devices, and network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, SIM-based)
- Familiarity with EV charging standards/protocols (Type 2, CCS, OCPP)
