Job Description
This position involves being the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers for a leading e-commerce platform. The agent will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through email, chat, and phone. They will also manage orders, returns, and data security.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Italian
- Advanced in English
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings & weekends
