Job Description
This is an on-site receptionist position for a regulated Forex Company in Athens, Greece. The role involves providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors, managing front office operations, and ensuring a positive impression through a professional and organized approach. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both written and verbal communication.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills
- Customer service attitude
