Job Description
SpeakIt is seeking a multilingual Talent Sourcer to help companies worldwide with hiring. The role involves interacting with potential candidates through various channels, crafting and sending recruiting emails, and building talent pipelines. Good communication skills, fluency in German, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset are essential.
Requirements
- Self-motivation and goal-oriented mentality
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Fluency in German is required
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)
- Ability to positively present the company and open roles
- Effective time-management abilities
- Bachelor in Business, HR, or related field
