Job Description
As a P&C Partner, you will drive employee experience and talent development to align with organizational goals, partnering closely with leaders and employees to foster an engaging workplace, support talent acquisition and onboarding, and strengthen the company’s employer brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee experience, and talent development
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Experience in driving engagement and development initiatives across diverse teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g., Workday) is a plus
