The Service Manager will oversee the bike department repair shop at Specialized, maximizing rider-facing operational performance and improving rider service quality results.
Requirements
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and stand for extensive time periods
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
