Job Description
STS is seeking a Regulatory Compliance & Controls Officer to support certification, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance initiatives across the MENA region, focusing on UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Jordan, Oman and Bahrain. The role involves analyzing regulations, conducting stakeholder meetings, preparing audit reports, maintaining compliance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and international standards.
Requirements
- Review and analyze certification frameworks.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings.
- Perform gap assessments.
- Define and follow up on compliance timelines.
- Conduct internal compliance assessments and mock audits.
- Prepare and validate audit-ready documentation.
- Coordinate external audits.
- Monitor market and regulatory changes.
