Job Description
STS is seeking a Systems Engineer, Cloud Services to monitor and maintain their cloud infrastructure, servers, and networks. The role involves troubleshooting alerts, providing customer support, documenting incidents, and generating system health reports. The company prioritizes a positive culture rooted in collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related IT field
- 0–2 years of experience in NOC operations
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (CCNA level)
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows server fundamentals
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V)
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts
- Proficiency in English & Arabic
- Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated
