Job Description
Endodontics Limited, Langhorne, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their growing specialty practice. The role focuses on providing exceptional patient experiences, managing front office duties, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Welcoming patients to the dental office
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Answering calls and redirecting messages
- Keeping front desk tidy
- Ability to travel between Langhorne and Hatboro
- Experience as a front desk representative
- Familiarity with office machines (fax, printer, etc.)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
