Job Description
SPECTO Aerospace is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our local HR team in Woensdrecht. As HR Officer, you will manage daily HR administration and support the HR department with various operational tasks at SPECTO Services in Woensdrecht.
Requirements
- Vocational (Secondary School) working and thinking level
- A successfully completed degree in HR, Administration, or a similar field
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in a supporting HR role or a similar position, preferably in a technical environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and a service-oriented approach
