Requirements
- Plans, implements and adapts nutritional care to meet physician orders, age and disease specific physiologic needs.
- Monitors and manages nutrition care while promoting cost effective interventions.
- Educates and trains hospital staff, students, interns, patients, families and care givers.
- Coordinates nutrition therapy with physicians and other health care professionals.
- Performs quality improvement, research and outcome studies.
- Documents accurately, completely and appropriately in Electronic Health Record.
- CRT-Registered Dietitian (RD) - CDR Commission on Dietetic Registration Upon Hire
