Provides clinical support to health care professionals to ensure the delivery of quality health care services. Facilitates efficient and effective patient flow, performs administrative duties, and maintains a clean environment. Communicates with patients and staff in a caring and respectful manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program
• 1 year of relevant experience working in a physician practice or healthcare setting (preferred)
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT, or NAHP)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
