Provides daily support with problem solving and resource allocation, oversees and leads activities of non-licensed clinical staff, and assists with monitoring of time, attendance records, and payroll.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a competency-based Medical Assistant training program
• 3 years of relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting
• Experience working as a medical assistant
• Experience using EPIC
• Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA, CMA, CCMA, NRCMA, or RMA)
