Job Description
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs imaging and non-imaging procedures on patients and/or patient samples using radioactive tracers, and is responsible for the safe and correct handling of radioactive materials.
Requirements
- Associate's degree from a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program
- CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- 6 months of experience from date of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
