Job Description
The RN Care Manager Every Weekend position at Butterworth Hospital involves planning and prioritizing care for patients, assessing their needs, and developing care plans. The role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience in clinical nursing and/or case management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent nursing or a healthcare related field
- 2 years of relevant experience in clinical nursing and/or case management/managed care or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in clinical nursing and/or case management/managed care or related field (Preferred)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - State of Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or ARC American Red Cross
