Job Description
Our sub-acute floor is a 59 bed Medicare unit that has residents with multiple clinical issues. Nurses work closely with a variety of health care professionals to provide and implement the best treatment plan for residents. Our Chronic Care floor is a 60 bed Medicare/Rehabilitation and long-term care unit and is a great place to learn basic med-surg, I.V. therapy & wound treatments nursing skills.
Requirements
- Associate degree ADN or equivalent
- Michigan LPN license upon hire
- BLS – AHA or ARC upon hire
- Experience in Skilled Nursing in Long term care
