Training Designer Health Systems

Join Priority Health as a Training Designer, where you’ll collaborate with training teams, subject matter experts, and customers to create engaging, audience-specific learning experiences focused on Epic and other Health Systems. You’ll design, deliver, and evaluate both traditional and computer-based training, manage virtual and classroom training logistics, and serve as a learning management system administrator. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to major initiatives, including Epic implementation, while driving process improvements and supporting organizational excellence.

Requirements

• Develop multi-media training solutions with a primary focus on Epic and other Health Systems
• Partner with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to develop audience-specific training
• Serve as team learning management system administrator
• Participate in developing training program delivery strategies
• Design, write, update, and test computer-based training modules
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and make modifications to course materials
