Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Nursing License
- Certification as a Nurse Midwife by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
- American Red Cross BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers Course
- American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers or Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Course
- Minimum of 24 months' experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife
- Board Certification (Obstetrics, Gynecologic, and Neonatal Nursing Specialties)
- National Certification Corporation (NCC) certification
