Software Engineer, Platform - Ottawa, Canada

The company is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Platform team, which is responsible for building and maintaining all backend services. The ideal candidate should have experience in backend development, knowledge of cloud providers, and a passion for innovation and user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in backend development: TS/Node
• Direct experience with GCP and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers
• Efficiency in ideation and implementation, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments (preferred)
• Proficiency in deploying high availability applications on Kubernetes (preferred)
