Job Description
Speechify is a text-to-speech company with a mission to ensure reading is accessible to everyone. They are hiring a Software Engineer to join their Data side of the AI team, focusing on building and maintaining data infrastructure for model training. The role involves working on high-quality datasets at scale, collaborating with scientists and stakeholders, and crafting the AI Team’s dataset roadmap.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments.
- Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
- Experience with web crawlers and large-scale data processing workflows (a plus).
- Strong communication skills.
