Job Description
Speechify is seeking an experienced Sourcing Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition organization. The role involves driving sourcing strategy, mentoring sourcing members, and influencing global organizational goals through collaboration. This is a full-time remote position offering growth and impact within a fast-growing, innovative company.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sourcing experience
- In-depth experience with Boolean search, GitHub, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
- Successfully manage searches against timelines and have experience tracking metrics
- Prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research
- Exceptional at candidate generation, as well as possessing great organization, verbal, and written communication skills
