We are looking for candidates to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Experience Agent I. This is an entry-level role that involves answering inbound phone calls, placing customer orders, and answering product-related questions. The role is sales-focused and requires excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally
• Use computer software efficiently and accurately
• Navigate Speedway Motors websites to answer product questions
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
• Transfer advanced customer technical product question calls to other agents
• Occasionally make outbound follow-up telephone calls to customers
• Use Microsoft Outlook and Teams daily
• Create service tickets related to customer needs
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
