Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a high-performing AM sales team of at least 5 people
• Experience in B2B SaaS is required
• Demonstrated success in a fast growth AM role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas with both transactional and at least mid-market experience
• Strong operational skills, with experience in implementing or scaling sales processes and tools (e.g., CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
