Regional Head of Art

Sperasoft is seeking a Regional Head of Art to manage our art department’s structure and expertise, overseeing art-related projects and final deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and internal quality criteria.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior art leadership role within the AAA games industry
• Strong background in mentoring Art Directors and managing senior-level talent
• Experience in project estimation, budget oversight, and refining production workflows
• High proficiency in English for client-facing calls and internal strategy
• Understanding of modern engines, tools, and hardware requirements for art production
