Technical Director

We are seeking a Technical Director to assess sales opportunities, own the delivery, technical execution, and health of engineering teams, and ensure technical feasibility and long-lasting partnerships. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and providing technical guidance to new projects. Reporting to the Engineering Department Head, the Technical Director will be a key liaison between stakeholders and the team.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in commercial game development
• Experience leading high-impact games (AA or AAA)
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (ideally C/C++, C#)
• Expert knowledge in game development domain (e.g., UI, Gameplay, Rendering, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of game development pipelines, frameworks, and engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Willing to travel globally
• Open to relocation (permanent presence preferred)
